Hi Coco! I just received Kelly in Silverstone and not sure about keeping her bc of the tremendous amount of permatease. However, with the chocolate frost color, are the highlights blond? That example seemed to have less permatease. I like how you styled each. Is there a way to tone down permatease? Thank you for this informative review. 15:18

Hi Marylynne! I do like permatease, but sometimes a style will come with more than I want. The way I tone down permatease is in 2 different ways. First I take my brush and brush through the permatease in the direction I want it to lay. I use quite a bit of pressure to push the bristles through to the cap.I'm hoping that this will take a little bit of the permatease out. If that doesn't do it enough, then I will use the heat of my fingers to press down on the permatease to reduce the level of lift. If I can't get my fingers warm enough, I will use a little short burst of heat from my hair dryer on low to the roots in the area I'm working on and then press it down with my hands/fingers. But you have to be very careful about how much heat you apply so that you don't change the style. Usually those 2 steps will take care of taming that permatease! Good eye, Judy!!! Yes, overall they're similar, but different. Reese has a definite bang and Kelly's is an inch longer and is assymetrical (longer on the right than the left). Reese is also longer on both the crown by an inch and the nape by an inch. It could be said that Kelly is a shorter, edgier sister of Reese! Thanks so much for watching and sharing!! Hugs! ~ Coco 🤗
