@@robinvolpi yeah but who is the best singer on the planet? I don’t think there is a BEST on the planet. I feel like everyone could choose their favorite. Kelly is one of my favorites and is definitely in my top 20 singers of all time. Beyoncé would not be. But she may be for some people. She just doesn’t have the range or ability to sing anything like a Kelly or a Pink or a Xtina or a Celine or even a Whitney. Whitney could have sang any type of music and it would have sounded amazing. So I think the “best” singer doesn’t exist truly, it is a personal thing, as it should be. It’s whoever moves you the most. A lot of people are very moved by Beyoncé, she’s just not vocally as blessed as other singers, in my opinion. So it’s just a personal thing. So I think someone can say Kelly is the best singer in the world, if that’s the way they personally feel. We should be able to make a statement if that’s the way we feel without having someone tell us we are wrong. It’s not wrong to believe what you believe. That’s why we have the 1st amendment. So people can’t take our opinion or voice away.

I remember just after she won Idol, someone interviewed one of Kelly’s schoolteachers 👩🏼‍🏫, who said that Kelly was the nicest girl you’d ever want to meet. She’s just as genuine as she seems, and deserves all of the great success I’m sure she will achieve. She is the perfect person to be an “idol”. Everyone should aspire to be like Kelly. Still true!

I happen to love Kelly as a singer and artist I started to like her more watching interviews, so when her show started I was excited. With time I will admit that it seemed to me like she was doing SO MUCH (the show, music, singles, parenting,...) and then every new season I was like "I hope she has time to rest and enjoy life and not get exhausted and lose it. Like she always seems to be on the move and I'm like worried it will be a little bad for her, but honestly she seems to enjoy doing all this! Can't wait for the new album!

Kelly you are such a great soul on so many levels. I love "The Voice" and will watch the new season but I have to say it just won't be the same without you. I love when you just belly laugh because I am always the loudest person laughing. I will cry during the show and there you are crying with me. The last season you were on I was in the hospital with Leukemia and watching the show was so helpful. I was a professional dancer and music made my movement.
