Finally, some people who appreciate Lil Wayne. He get's so much hate nowadays. The dude had one of the greatest runs in hip hop, brought out Drake and Nicki Minaj, and has punchlines for days. Really glad you guys don't just throw him to curve. Objective thinkers baby!
@LostInVegas7 жыл бұрын
NO ONE should front on Wayne! The guy revolutionized the mixtape game and at his peak, he sold a MILLION records in ONE WEEK of an album that was both commercially AND critically acclaimed. He has at least one CLASSIC under his belt and he has great PEN when he's focused. People have short memories and they are often times prisoners of the moment. Wayne deserves a lot praise for one of the greatest runs Hip Hop has ever seen. Salute to you for recognizing that as well!

I already laughed at the first few minutes and I lost it at Ryan's explanation "Turn into a rainforest which we know rainforest gets a lot of moisture" 😂😂😂 and I died when George said "Kelly I'm curious now" 😭. Man Ryan Held this song down and he made his case. Kelly is one helluva singer not a single doubt about that and Wayne always got that analogy thats so unique to his style that I believe only he could pull off. Motivation had to be in everyones playlist at some point lol. Amazing Reaction/Review and can't wait to hear more reviews on your favorites. Great Job.

When I used to pick up a woman to hang out with, when I was like 20, I always had this song on a mixtape. I didn't ever want it to seem obvious, so I would always put it as track 4 or 5, and EVERY TIME it got to that song, I always noticed the woman vibing out to it, so this song, along with the Weeknd's trilogy mixtape were my wing men. lol Great memories, and now Anderson Paak fulfills this role. haha Thanks for allowing me to reminisce, and is why I respect your channel. I'm 18 years old and love rap music, but I'm growing up in a generation where the exposure to lyrical ability and rap talent is few and far in between. I have many songs on my playlist that are "mumble rap", but many songs that are also leaning towards the more lyrical end. Almost a 50/50 split. What I'm trying to get at is, I want my playlist to be mostly lyrical, driven rap. Who are some artist that will help people in my generation get the exposure to the "Old Head" side or the meaningful side of rap? Just doing my part to bridge the gap. Love the channel guys. #freethinkers

Hey guys great video as always. I went to see Arcade Fire in concert this weekend and it was my second time seeing them and they were just as on fire throughoutthe show as they were the first time I saw them and they just have an incredible passion for what they do. Even though its a little outside the realm of what you usually make videos over I just thought I might make a request for a reaction to one of their songs because I'm still coming off the high from the show. No pressure or anything, just love hearing your guys thoughts, you always have constructive things to say.

Looking at the comments, and I just wanted to say I appreciate you guys stepping up for Wayne. You are right, he gets way to much shit. If you really listen, the dude is super smart and talented. To the people saying he is trash now well shit the man has been rapping for over 20 years what do you expect? His style with the punch line after punch line is so hard to do, and he does it in every song he is on no matter what. I'm just saying give credit where credit is do. At a certain point he was the best rapper alive in my opinion. I think people like to hate on Wayne because he has been around so long, and people are forgetting how much of a impact he made on Hip-Hop.
