Yes I took this very seriously. I listened, thought over suggestions and followed through on them or ignored them depending if I thought it was needed and would be effective for an end goal. I ignored a lot, but listened to suggestions even if it was hard to follow through with. At times, people turned against me, or the very least got hurt, worried or scared when I carried out some of their recommendations as I did it for so long. It is a very stressful process for everyone.
