"I don't know if I would do it again..." Lupita Nyong'o dishes on her new movie "A Quiet Place: Day One," and reflects on going to a 10 day silent meditation retreat after the press tour for "Black Panther." Lupita admits she really struggled throughout the retreat, but by the end she felt more present and in tune with herself. If we are not worshipping God intentionally through Jesus Christ who died for our sins but rose again on the third day because Hell couldn’t keep Jesus because He didn’t sin, but instead took our sins upon Himself so that we may have eternal life in Him and not go to Hell because the wages of sin is death. So by-default we are worshipping or connecting with the demonic world. If God didn't say it in His Word and God can not lie then it is not of God, but the devil is the father of all lies, therefore, he has the legal rights to operate in it. There is literally a spiritual battle that most of us cannot see! So, when people do yoga or meditation they unknowingly connect with demons! I hope I answered your question!
