you may be anemic. especially as you are exhausted after your cycle. if eating foods with iron is too much you can cook in cast iron and get some extra iron in your diet. just a thought. every once in a while i remember when you brought out the sliced bread to represent the loaf of bread in your inspiration video and i laugh. Okay Kelly I'm saying this only out of love for your vids. I may be the only person who thinks this but perhaps these videos are a bit tooooo chatty.
