How did u get the type measure on it unless u have the business one witch I don't have

I'm not sure what you mean by type measure. If you are talking about the measurements on the side of the box when you select the file, I'm pretty sure that function comes with every edition. I have the Designer Edition.

It could be that you are using something other than Designer Edition
