2 things I really like about your videos! 1. How simple you make it look by providing easy simple steps 2. The value bombs towards the end, so we can go beyond just creating the average phone bot (For example, the inclusion of a mock interview and a summary flow that allows users to rate the call, provide feedback, and learn how to improve). YES! It does. I did not include it in this video since it was already pretty long but I will be doing another video that shows the push 1 for human and similar. Plus I want to do a video showing how to send text messages for say urls that are listed in the call. So many cool things you can add in to make it better!

Great video. Weird question hehe but is there a way to plug my own mobile number into a chatbot with CBB so that I can filter spam calls? Something that would filter calls and say: - if you try to sell me solar panels, f off - if you are a friend, I can connect you - … 😅from someone being abused by scam calls

I have a major anxiety disorder, so I avoid answering phone calls and checking voicemail. However, if I could have an AI agent screen incoming calls or even interview callers, then text me their request, that might help me manage better. Is this something that can be set up?

yeah the idea would be if there's an event planning company who's charging a minimial of 4500 $ and they don't accept lower budget clients so this thing can filter them by asking all the stuff intially and if the client qualifies for you boom there's a perfect lead

is twilio the only version that you can set this up? is there a free version like google voice?

Google voice is already natively. integrated into Chatbot Builder AI. However if you want SMS or call features that work like an actual phone you will need either Twilio or Audio Codes to manage the phone number nad transfer the incoming call into the chatbot
