Kelly, all your hard work surely paid off. I also live in a double wide on 10 acres, and absolutely love it. Went from a 3,000 sq ft home to a 1,700 sq ft . We are adding a huge front porch now. 🦋I recommend that you do the bead board all around your dining area, but not necessarily the wallpaper you used now. I like the wall paper that you used in the laundry room.

One last thing for your kitchen cabinets... I'm not sure if they are a wood surface or plastic over it but my daughters are the plastic and I seen online where you can use a heat gun and remove the plastic and then paint and seal them then you wouldn't have to worry about the plastic chipping off. Thats what my daughters are doing, but hers are pretty old 😊 I haven't done it myself but it looked cool. 🦋

That's is an electroform coating and yes you can remove it. However it's usually osb underneath which can absorb humidity

I understand how expensive baseboards can be.We just had new vinyl plank flooring put throughout our modular home. We are opting to use 1x4 boards painted white. It's about one-fourth of the price of baseboard trim. We were told more and more people are opting to use 1x4 boards because of the cost. They look great and are very durable. Everything you've done so far looks great. Very proud of the way you are not afraid to jump in and do things. You inspire me to step out of my comfort zone to do things myself to make my house a home. Can't wait to see what you do next.

I love all your decorating! You've made it such a beautiful home! We had a similar problem with our ceiling leaks and thought we could just paint over those spots as well. After a couple years of living in our home, I began having very bad health concerns and found out it was from mold caused by that previous water damage. I encourage you to have a mold company check those areas, if you have attic access, that would be something to look into. Taking care of it sooner rather than later can save you years of trouble. Mold can start growing within 24 hrs of water damage starting but can spread spores and grow all throughout your home. A good place to start for help with this is surviving toxic mold's website. Sincerely, a viewer who loves all your videos and wishes you the absolute best!
