I use bar soap for my sponges and brushes it works perfect! I also use the StylPro tool from Amazon to quickly dry my brushes, it is amazing 😉. I bought the whole StylPro set and really only use the drying tool with adapters in my bathroom sink. You can skip their special cleanser and little fishbowl. My brushes are washed frequently with bar soap and my little spin dry tool. So time consuming and worth the money!

I put my beauty blenders in the washing machine ( using normal laundry detergent. ) With and also without actual laundry in there also. They come out clean, moist and spongy. They keep some Moisture even after I let them air dry which is wonderful. It works!

It is so hot where I live in Fort Lauderdale. The feels like temp the other day was 103! I never was a makeup kinda girl but I have been home since August of last year due to a really bad car accident. I had to have emergency surgery on my neck and I have been home since then. I am running out of things I can do to keep me busy. I have been binge watching all your videos and I started practicing with what little bit of makeup I have. I’m from Nova Scotia Canada, a town called Yarmouth, and usually it’s really warm by now. This year it’s still cool and we’ve been getting lots of rain. Seems like for every 1 day of sunshine, we get 3 or 4 more following days of rain. We haven’t had to turn the heat on because our house is quite warm naturally, but there’s a definite chill in the air outside. I think spring is going to skip over us and then we’re going to be hit with 90+ degree weather. For the past few years we also have been getting about a month of drought where everything just dries out and dies.....usuallly around the end of July/beginning of August. So I know the crazy heat is coming.....lol Great look by the way! Love your videos and personality.

I have used dawn soap water and vinegar in a mason jar and soaked my brushes for 20 mins set out to dry and it seems to work for me!!! Make sure you pat dry throughout the 20!!! Love your videos!!!! Mid 80’s in Texas and on and off rain!!!

I also have used bar soap for a long time, but I find it makes my beauty blenders harder and less bouncy over time. I’m trying baby bar soap to see if it’s a little gentler on the sponge. Not sure if it works yet, but trying it since the bar soap gets them so much cleaner!

Dial anti bacterial soap is the best beauty sponge cleanser I’ve found. Its makes them look brand new AND it’s anti bacterial 💥 because I’m weird about sponges. I wash it before every use to prevent breakouts. As an Esthetician it’s a must do 🙌🏻

Have you ever tried the L'ange hair care and tools?!?! They are soooo amazing! Really good products and for really good prices!! Ive got a ton of their hair care and a wand! Lol. Just curious, my hair would never hold anything either.. But with these tools and products my hair holds for 3 days!! I live in Pa so my weather is exactly like yours. I had to turn my heat on too the other day, it crazy because it was just warm a few days before. Sometimes I wish I could experience the west coast and their weather. I wish I could experience a lot of stuff actually but life just isnt good to me that way. But its good to me in other ways. I atleast have my son and fiance that love me and Ill take that any day over anything. We dont have much but my fiance knows how much I love makeup and watching all of your videos, but he sees that I get depressed as im watching sometimes because I will never be able to try the name brand products u mention in your videos some times, so recently he actually ordered boxycharm for me and spends the little bit of money he has leftover from one of his paychecks because he knows how much I love makeup and how much im into watching your makeup videos. He says its worth it to watch me smile and get excited when it comes and I open it. He means so much, I wouldn't trade him for all the riches or makeup in the world. Sorry it got deep for a second but yes my weather is exactly like yours girl, it cant make up its mind 😢
