Nice explanation sir... One more I wish to tell about keloid scar. In the affected area which represents keloid scar has fully formed up by collagen type 3 as you told blood flow is high there normally wound tissue should be replaced by collagen type 1 but in keloid scar cases collagen type 1 is not replaced as collagen type 3 is present overall our arteries, capillaries etc. So this replacement is also one reason to have keloid and collagen type 3 accumulated repeatedly can cause keloids. Treatment as you told sir. I wish to add one more thing sir after post surgery or after steroid injections there can be one more added treatment was cryotheraphy.It also may be a good treatment sir. Watch my video again. You need steroid or interferon injection per operative and post operatively also at least two times If still it recovers radiotherapy is another option. Post operatively using silicon sheet for one year will also help
