Yes , i'm sure it does but you still have 2 flights of stairs to answer your door. Main floor will always be 2 flights down. Still on the market today perhaps due to the layout of house. 5 beds and 12 bathrooms????

I love the location and the master suite and the basement and the beach shack and the views. I don’t like the guest bedrooms or kitchen or that there’s no lake view from the dining room or the color of the pool lining and the way the roof pitch goes over the front door. It also needs more trees on the hill in front to give privacy from the people driving by on the road. Overall pretty good house and I say it’s worth 10 million.

The road ends a few houses down . Like there’s I think about 5 mansions . And then the road just stops . So basically no traffic
