Will always and forever will be a song written by Paul Overstreet and Don Schlitz for Keith Whitley that he took to number 1 in 1988. Allison took it to number 1 a second time in 1995, and Ronan Keating took it to number 1 a third time in 1999 a decade after Keith. So it is time for Kelsea to release it and take it to number 1 a 4th time.
