Luke had it a little too good...he put on quite a bit of weight throughout the four seasons. Yellowstone was great, but Kayce, Beth and Rip were basically invincible, which made the story almost silly after a while. Beth especially. The whole family grip (without any apparent real opposition) to their hold on Livestock Commissioner and DA (and Beth just doing whatever the fuck she wanted) was just super unrealistic. Super entertaining, interesting characters, but aside from the depiction of ranching, rodeos and animals, pretty unbelievable.

Kate Landers nice to see Karen’s getting representation, by destroying other peoples fun, or attempting to. It is not gross. She is a wonderful actress, and if folks wouldn’t get so triggered, we wouldn’t even be bothered, she is not pure blooded Indian. It is not like 1950s and 1960s TV 100% white. It is refreshing to see Indigenous Indian folks get put in mainstream characters. We know she has mixed blood, but it is only a problem for A Karen type of Joy Kill. For me her character is Indian, and I won’t let negativity ruin the satisfaction, of a modern Western.
