I'm going to try another kind of bean curd there is a store here in Oriental place that gets all that stuff refrigerated because the first time I tried it was from Amazon and it tasted like musty? It wasn't good at all so maybe it was bad I'm not sure But I do love tofu so I was pretty sure I was going to love bean curd Maybe it was just a bad batch.
