What do you mean full version of forticlient vpn? when you install forticlient vpn, the full version is installed on your device

@@Kelvglobal The following message is displayed on the home screen of Forticlient VPN "Upgrade to the full version to access additional features and receive technical support." And I am unable to use the 'Always up' feature since I have not upgraded to full-version.

Hello sir. I am facing an issue after the image download section finished, I don't get the pop up but I get a message that forticlient did changes and it requires the machine to reboot and I can't find the application installed on my machine

Hello, sorry for the late reaction. What you need to do is Uninstall FortiClient, then open device manager as administrator on your device > Go to Network Adapters > Remove all Fortinet adapter. Restart your device and re-install forticlient. Problem will be fixed. I have came across this several times at my work place.

@@Kelvglobal sir I couldn't find any fortinet adapters. The one I have a re hyper-v virtual ethernet adapter, realtek and multiple wan miniport
