I mean when you look at these videos from a search or a recommendation page all you see is a part of the title in Japanese, it's often an instant turnoff for the English speakers. In order to learn that this video has English subtitles they'd have to open it first. An English-first title and description would yield a much better interaction rate among the overseas fans.
