He was about 25-30lbs overweight. Still powerful and athletic, but his game mostly changed with the Cavs and Blazers.

Well decent shape is a subjective term. Kemp started to get heavier his first year for the Cavs and it just kept getting worse. By the time he was Portland he was done.

Last time he ever showed some sort of explosiveness. He had quite a few nice power dunks his last season in Cleveland. Still playing high minutes so that kept him in what some would call decent shape. But he got in worse shape after the trade to portland as his role and minutes decreased drastically. I don't think he had any more impressive finishes after this.

I would include this dunk in his 50 all-time best cuz even in his prime time in Seattle, he didn't dunk like that often. I have seen hundreds of his Seattle games and such a tomahawks were maybe a One in 20 games..

He still looked decent at this point; significant dropoff by the time he got to Portland the next year, but he was *this close to the finals again and they DEFINITELY would've beaten the Pacers

Well 30 minutes per game is pretty poor. Also his field goal percentage was only around 42 percent which is horrible for power forward standards.
