Big man like me in tears. This is my mothers tune, she is with God now but listening to this I can smell her, hear her and see her at her peak in the 70s a beautiful black woman.

Listen . Alton and his sister had the clearest voices in those days. Stage Shows at Majestic Theatre. Authens was not lucky. Beautiful black girl with smooth skin. Just attracting the wrong kind of men. And yes , she had a name, Susan Slade. Few knew of that.
