That neck jig/tool is amazing. There's a old Chinese proverb that says, There are no shortcuts to perfection. There clearly is no other guitar model in the world that has this kind of neck.

Yeah, but I cheaped out and because I hardly needed any clamping force from these 14 clamps, I broke down and bought low cost Chinese knockoffs and didn't want to misrepresent that they were made by the fabulous originator, the "Kant -Twist Company". I do have these original clamps in a variety of sizes, and use them all the time. These copies are pretty good, and almost the equal of the originals.

Maybe para-aminocyclohexane methane (I can’t take credit, I asked perplexity / Claude 3 Opus AI). Also, the plastic cup ladle technique for using tins has officially blown my mind. Thanks for continually doing that by the way.

Whatever it is, PACM is really a superior hardener. Low viscosity, so it wets the fibers easily, good clarity (although I don't care about that here, sometimes it's a nice thing), excellent stiffness, easy to mix,, what's not to like? The plastic ladle? you're welcome, although I'm a little embarrassed to think of how long some of these simple things take to dawn on a guy. You're so very welcome!

@@kenparkerarchtoppery9440 Ain’t it the truth 😂 It took me forever to figure out that looping about a palm width of masking tape backwards over my hand and rolling it over me was the least itchy way to remove stray carbon fibre from my skin. If I can resist the urge to scratch it in anyway 🤷‍♂️
