This was funny, insightful and it left me wanting more. Anyone uncomfortable with the suicide scene please remember as a director you must be able to showcase emotions through a visual platform.The suicide attempt could have been symbolic of not wanting to die completely but maybe Ken wanted to kill the homosexual part of himself. Film has many layers, so in order to truly understand what you watching, please try to delve deeper and consider what the director may be trying to convey emotionally!

I think it was a good pilot. I may not relate with the cutting, but if the writer/producer is uncovering an unknown statistic that links our community and cutting, I say run with that story line. If it's based on a real life experience, roll with. Just make sure viewers understand how the character/real person got to that point. Would have been nice if there was more time or more episodes to build to this event. Also, don't be afraid to share real life statistics with us in the videos either.

You may say that this concept is over done or you've seen it countless times, but that doesn't not mean it isn't relevant to someone. In reality, the whole coming out, I was born this way, take me as I am, NO H8 dialog is rather played out. You love who you love, you date who you date, you sex whom you wish and you relate to whom you desire. Whether it's in the confines of hetero/homosexual boundaries the truth remains that there are consequences...positive and negative, natural and spiritual.
