Disagree with Papelbon about the Fried signing being a “panic move”. If you like the Devin Williams deal then you have to like the Fried signing. I just don’t think the Yankees would be moving Nestor Cortez if they didn’t grab Fried. Especially with how Rodon is inconsistent.
