PSA TO EVERYONE WHO HAS ISSUES WITH THE 2ND FLOWER SHRINE: If you backtrack to the warp point there should be an orb there, lead that to the flower shrine to bypass the bug.

Ok, this confirms mine is glitched because I have all the hats and it says I'm still missing one. And the meditation points, I have to continue the story to unlock them right?

If you haven't eared most of the game (basically everything besides the first boss, you still got more hats to find. You can check the hat cart to see how many you need. If there are any ? ones, those are not collected yet. And yeah, meditation circles, the last one is after completing the final boss.
