How about extending Winnipeg Transit to La Salle, Manitoba then? Not everyone drives.

It's unbelievable that they didn't build an interchange at the intersection of Kensington and the Perimeter highway. Let's make this highway even more dangerous! Some future thinking with the idea of further expanding it southward around Saint Norbert and connecting with highway 75.
