Kendall Reusing's Road to ADCC: Teaching & Training at Gracie Barra Riverside | Episode 2

Andddd we are into episode 2 of my road to ADCC 2024! 🥹😍🫶🏼 There’s lots of buzz right now in the bjj community with CJI, WNO, people dropping from events left and right lol. But it’s been fun to have this goal keeping me focused, and to share that with my students. This episode takes ya through a jiu jitsu class of mine at one of our 4 gyms, where I get to teach attacks from the back, along with training with our coaches and students. Also, I love the message at the end about how you can empower your students to be very useful for even the best of the best for their comp training. I noticed it with this brown belt that she has such a strong mentality because she knows while this might be a “training session” for you; it can mean a lotttt more to her! Even when you put her in some brutal positions, she never gave up and fought it out till the end almost as if she were competing for high stakes. I respect that a lot and it’s more realistic to how you’re going to be dealing with your opponents on tourney day
