My daughter passed away in December 2022. She was 30 years old. My grief remains very severe, some days it can even be debilitating. I was in physical pain everyday for months. And I was in grief counseling. This woman obviously resorted to what was familiar to her after the passing of her daughter, meeting men and becoming closely attached to them in a short amount of time. But I do know one thing, "secret" relationships never turn out well. Every woman knows to be wary of a man who wants to keep her a secret. When someone loves you and wants to spend the rest of their life with you they will never keep you a secret. May she get the wake up call that she truly needs. When I watched this on Live I was like “No No No!” She needs to be safe. I understand some people are saying it may be a deacon or pastor of the church. But she still needs to be careful. There is plenty of abuse that happens in those homes as well. And she has a history of falling for these men fast.

There’s a show here on YT filmed in the UK called, “Holiday Love Rats.” All the women on the show have been scammed by men in other countries. They all married the men and financially supported him while he had an entire family in his birth country. In many cases the men’s family was in on the scam. Several of the women lost their retirement and are in debt. This woman is being scammed. A lot of her story fits the narrative of the women on the show. (Maybe my comment will save at least one woman.)

She wants to fill the void left by losing her daughter and foolishly believes this “relationship” will do it. I hope she'll return with an update after October 7th, when the scam hits the fan. I lost my partner on June 2018. Six months later, I was in another relationship. Fortunately for me, a few months in I woke up and kicked my (married) scammer to the curb. Loss and grief sometimes cause us to desperately seek to fill the void left by our deceased loved one. You don't even know you've been on search and seize mission...until you wake up. I hope she wakes up before he cleans out her bank account and breaks her heart. I'm going to pray for her.
