Being Big doesn’t have to look bad it’s all in how you present yourself. For one, after putting on a lot of weight after losing my brother, I stopped wearing tshirts and sweats. I wear dresses that compliment my shape and also very very good bras and girdles as I pursue my Weightloss journey which includes a therapist to deal with depression, a trainer and gym membership. Also researching nutritionist. However, I am an empty nester. It’s difficult to invest that time of time and finance with a minor child who has some form of special needs

As a person who lost a parent, I have to say that the LAST thing your deceased parent wants is for their passing to cause you to spiral (drugs, emotional immaturity, defensiveness, suic!dE, etc.)... REGARDLESS of the relationship you had while they were here. Also, its 100% up to YOU to do the self-WORK and get better. Go to therapy, go to the gym, seek medical attention, etc. You cant use LIFE as an excuse to stay way you are.
