My husband did this with me. I came from an abusive marriage with 2 kids but, I didn’t wear it! No matter what I was going through I “presented myself and my kids well”. After we married I asked my husband , out of all the women you could have chosen without the kids and background, why me? He said bc every time I came over you looked very nice, your kids were well behaved, hair cut and hair done. They were friendly kids and very respectful. Also, he said I was interesting and he had not met a young woman who was saying the things I was talking about. He said, I found you interesting. I always told myself even in the middle of my abuse..”I am not my situation “! Therefore, I didn’t look like what I was going through. I presented myself for where I was going. Now, I’ve been married to that same man for nearly 30 years! We’ve together raised our children together and maintain a healthy happy relationship! I love what this gentleman said. Women must present well and be in shape. It doesn’t matter whether a woman is in the entertainment industry, or any other profession. Dress elegantly, be well groomed, have manners, be articulate. All my husband friends and colleagues have wives that are all these things. When we go to corporate/ social events, school galas, he wants to be proud of his partner . A good wife can make or break a good man.

This woman normally is going to be at Pilates or Pure Barre classes. She is normally fit and eats healthy. She is normally upbeat, happy and smiling. This man is looking for someone to bring Joy into his life! Think about the Claire Huxtable look with a modern edge! This successful young man wants someone who can look good and be good to him. His field is wide open as long as you look good, dress good (conservative and classy), lie to smile and be happy. If you are an age appropriate woman, he can certainly upgrade you.
