I love the present arrangement, that is, the French to come first, as I find it great to train the ears to get used to the French sounds. I think it's more or less like the mechanism of a baby picking up a new language. I don't know if others will have this problem, but for me, if the English comes first, I will always try to get it translated in my brain and that compromises the fluency.

Great video. In contrast to other people, I like the random phrases that it does. It forces me to listen for the subject everytime. If all the phrases were grouped together by subject you could cheat a little bit by just knowing the general subject instead of having to listen to every word. I think it is better to listen to every word when you are trying to practice listening comprehension. It will help you to hear conversations going on around you when you are in France.

You are absolutely the BEST resource I’ve found. You utterly ROCK, Madame Kendra
Definitely feel like my cognitive skills improved while listening to this. I’ve been learning French for years and years and I can think better in French than be quick in understanding so my whole goal this year was to just listen. I truly feel MUUUCH better having done this the whole year. Thank you

I think what may help would be a vocabulary list, perhaps with new words by the hour or something. I think it'd be easier to pick up while listening.

Words spoken in French and English are very clear. The order of communication works well for me 🌟

Svp, continuez de mettre le français en premier, et d'écrire l'anglais tout petit pour qu'on puisse apprendre davantage. Merci mille fois pour votre contenu.❤

I registered for an optional French class at my university in Sweden, just because I enjoy languages and because this would give me some extra credits for my student grants (I have to get at least 75% of my expected total credits for any given time period when I apply for student grants), and this video will make that class extremely easy, lol.

I prefer to hear the English word or phrase first, then the French. However, thank you! .

“It’s a piece of cake” is an American expression that means something is very easy to do. We also say, “It’s as easy as pie.” 🤷🏻♀️

I would love to hear a dialogue using the useful phrases. Even better if there was no English throughout. It would be more immersive.

It’s just to rushed! It needs to be repeated one more time at the end then more time before going to the next phrase.
