This is why Kendrick is this generation's best rapper alive. You can never predict how kendrick is gonna come with a verse. He's like a fighter that can switch from orthodox to southpaw to drunken boxing to krav maga whenever he wants. Every other MC in the game you can predict their "wow" punchlines coming a mile away (cough cough Big Sean...) but kendrick has a party mix of tricks up his sleeve.
