Aye man, salute to them. When I’d be working outside in the hot sun, by myself during the pandemic, the Mexicans were the ones who would give me free food, water. I walk in their restaurant sweating, the kids on the register go in the back and ask they dad if they can give me free plate and a gatorade. The Mexicans in my neighborhood, they don’t speak - they nod and smile, but, they ALWAYS knock on my door and leave food for me. Every holiday, they always put a bag on my door handle. The show love the best way they know how. And it’s the same as back home in the south. Mexican pulled up in me in Compton, in his white work van. At the gas station. “No no no! What are you doing?! The price here is Bullshxt! Gas is cheaper down that way! Go down to that light and turn THERE!” Hopped back in his truck and pulled off 😂 I got two barbers, one black, one Mexican. Either shop I go to, they both got the same playlist. Real HipHop. I go to the Black barbershop, it’s all new shxt, underground rap tho. I go to the Mexican barbershop it’s all classics, they playing Rakim, Peter Gunz, NWA, mixed with some Sam Cooke, Isley Bros shxt.. legendary black music. For me, the love is the same from black and brown. But, I gotta work a little harder to get past the initial guard up among my own people in LA.

@xTaurusKing8 күн бұрын
Nope
@malachibenyisrael46218 күн бұрын
The answer is no of course. But there is nothing wrong with black American artist putting others on and collabs between genres is nothing new. Kendrick Lamar has a shít ton of Latino fans. The problem is the disrespect that black American men allow from Latinos, and that's it. Also, let's not pretend as if blacks haven't forced Latinos to be black people for the past 30, 40 years because blacks have. Yall forced Dominicans to call themselves black and made up the "afro-Latino" term to force blackness on the rest of (white) Latin America. Your only assignment is to focus on the disrespect and to accept that black Americans have literally begged Latinos for proximity and none of that is what Kendrick is doing, stay focused.

What about the black pumas, formed by Adrian Quesada, he formed a band and placed a brotha as lead singer. How many of us got mexican baby mommas, i ain't gone lie, i do. @complexblackness when people throw insults at others, especially at strangers over the internet, it's telling. It shows that you think higher of yourself than you should. It makes people,like you feel good about themselves because of their own failings and insecurities. Dang a ninja can't even give his personal opinion without getting insulted by strangers online 😂

@@laazdev What insult did I throw? You literally stated you have a Mexican Baby momma. Therefore, your view is clouded, and clearly, you won't keep it 💯 Two of my sons are Half-Asian, but unlike you, I don't have a clouded view. I know that some Asians want to be white or will side with Whites against Black. Look at the affirmative action lawsuit from last year. It was launched by Edward Blum, a white J-Man behind the scenes. Yet Asians were the face of it, and they went hard because they believed it was Blacks who were "taking" spots from them in College Admissions. When it was really white legacy Admissions. If a conversation like this one came up and it involved Asians. I would keep it 💯 and tell the truth. Those like you on the other hand wouldn't.

Bro was missing Spider point. If Tupac, at 24, 25, made the choices that Kendrick made, AT 24 or 25, then he would still have been alive to have had those extra 15 yrs. It’s about choices. BUT, the easy counter to that is… that’s also not a fair point to make, in a way, because Kendrick has had the benefit of having Tupac’s example. “If I can see further, it is because I stand on the shoulders of giants.”
