ALL OF YOU ARE RIGHT! This is no way to train any horse. It is indeed demeaning to see him travel in such an UNNATURAL WAY. AQHA JUDGES SUCK FOR REWARDING THIS.

why do the judges think having a horse drop his head is cool? looks ridiculous!!!!

if you would stop pulling on the horse it will drop its head when it mentally relaxes this happens with all breeds of horses if people would understand how to mentally relax a horses mind and let the reins go they would stop saying this lol the same thing happens when doing ground work!!!! the head goes down when mentally relaxed goes up when not your welcome :)

@@smartchicscyclone no, this poor horse is an example for learned helplessness, and not for relaxation. It's stuck, externally and internally. The walk is completely damaged, the hindlegs are blocked. The forehand is in the ground, the back in unnaturally rounded by spurs. In a few years this horse cannot be ridden anymore. Terrible riding, finally horse abuse.

@@smartchicscyclone Not that far down! This is someone's sick idea of a new style. Western pleasure horses are put through God only knows what to perform with this abnormally low head.

@@1sacoyle they will put there nose in the dirt if you don't pick them up you should buy a reining horse not trained and ride it without a bit it will drop its head and so will any other bread ride without reins then tell everyone I have done this so that's my experience

I thought peanut rollers went out of style a long time ago; I guess I was wrong. Looks ridiculous and unnatural. Judges should be penalizing this, not rewarding it.

Horse looks genuinely unwell and mentally defeated.The drilling these horses go through is torturous.
