Good job Ken. Some constructive criticism a lot of the real estate type videos do super slow pans as people are envisioning their own furniture / life in that house. Also filming with a steady glide or gimbal going through the hallways so people get a better sense of the floorplan. Instead of the quick cut to black transitions you used. Still grear job.

I like the video design in general. But, I find that the property was not in order inside. You could see too much, especially on the counters that were not tidy. There was a lot of paper and pictures on the fridge and we could also notice that the TV was on. I am a professional photographer and I can confirm that the cleaning of the premises is so important. Good job overall. Bravo

Nice vid. Too long and boring for me personally. I would rather shoot a short 1.5 min video to pique the buyers interest and leave the selling up to the agent. I would also work on making the movements / drone shots all the same speed so it flows nicely.
