Kenichi Ishida Sensei visits Butokuden dojo

Great honor to have Kenichi Ishida Sensei visit our dojo. ありがとうございます!!
This is from a 3 hour kendo seminar on April 7, 2012.

Awesome stuff! I saw Kenichi Ishida on a Nat Geo Kendo documentary many years ago and I was really impressed with him. God, I really wish I could get a copy of that documentary!!!

What a wonderful opportunity. I saw Ishida sensei in the hachidan documentary and found his story to be very inspiring. Come to New York next time, Sensei! :D

Yeah; on KZbin it's called 'Kendo - Exame de 8º Dan' although it was called 'The 120 Second Challenge' or something along those lines when I watched it around 2001. I had a copy of it on VHS which I stayed up all night to record then I *stupidly* lent it to a so called friend and never saw it again -_-
