@@baoweexd ive only ever done the cinematic intros for a few figures on the channel, some videos did well like Rem from ReZero or Ninguang from Genshin Impact. While others like Asuna from Blue Archive or Marine from hololive did worse than expected xD, did enjoy making them though!

Well... I have a Dante figure (resin). I have few unlicensed resin figures and looking at her the studio definitely did great job. Especially, the face is spot on which is usually the biggest problem with resins. I myself got Kafka from MiYin Studio and she turned out great too.

I love resin figures myself. I have a bunch of 1/6 Demon Slayer ones but like the setup to disassemble it and put it back in the box without any of it breaking is like super difficult and if you're the person to move around, the resin figures are almost guaranteed to break between moves to new places and it's like heartache for how much it costs. Nice figure! I have the Elysia Herscher of Human Ego from on PO from the same company. I just wish they would give an updated release date. since its past 06/2024. Also with the Kafka myethos figure. since it is part of the gift+ line itll be pretty cheap like all other figures in that line, There is a Tingyun 1/10 one coming out in November. Kafka is luckily going to be a 1/8th. Lastly on MFC there is also a March 7th 1/8 gift plus figure in the works the silhouette looks to be her new Imaginary Hunt outfit.

I only considered unoffical resin once, for an assassin outfit Yor. Because there is, for some reason, few figures of that and no real good ones (the best might actually be the PUP as the F:Nex is kinda bad). But the price on those things are kinda painful. I do own two offical resin from Prime 1 though.

it really annoys me off that genshin and star rail are not making (many) official figures the only source of good mihoyo figures is the 3rd party unlicensed resin figures, they ussually go up on pre order within a month of character release while genshin just now announced a character that released 2 years ago. they have lost out on 1.1k from me.

With ZZZ they already had figures being made when it wasnt even a month old yet, but guess we'll see how the future plays out.

As cool as they are, people have told me the quality between the 3rd party studios can be pretty wide. Apparently on average the final product doesn't turn out like the prototypes. For the price tag id recommend doing some more research on which studios actually deliver quality work xD

Unlicensed figures have been a thing for years, kind of a grey area technically illegal yes but dont think theyd go after anybody thats trying to imitate their existing figures. Itd be like if HYV came after artists at cons for selling fanart

Personally, I’m surprised HYV hasn’t cracked down on this considering the price and the potential loss in profit, but that’s just me. I’m not too knowledgeable about figures, let alone unofficial.

Hey! Glad she had arrived safely. Been waiting for your opening since I saw her box in your previous video. Orz is generally on the more expensive side when it comes to resins, but their customer support is probably the best. Pre-ordering resins will be a lot cheaper than looking for an already released statue. Statues are made in singular sets, usually in the ball park from 100-300 units per version. Some can become very rare to find. Hakimi’s Silver Wolf being one of them, her aftermarket price is very high since well, nobody will sell her. (She was 250-300 on when on PO and you can see what she is now) Im not dunking on Orz, but you can find other trusted agent sellers who can save you quite a few $ if youre planning to get into the resin community.
