Very, very helpful and a great, understandable explanation. I have a beautifully trained new mare but she is extremely herd bound. I will be working on this on our first trail ride tomorrow! Thanks!

Hi Ken! I am curious about how you determine to use what looks like slobber straps with your reins? I understand that using them adds a little weight to the reign that supports sensitivity to the feel in the horses mouth?

How do you address buddy/barn sourness when riding alone? My girl has horrible separation anxiety and gets so spooky, but we don't have anyone to ride with
