Somebody said "I will will use a bulldozer to kill a house fly" in response to a statement that one should not use a sledge hammer to kill a house fly, but that was not seen as arrogance. Somebody said "yen tie obiara" and "even if I construct roads in Ashanti Region with gold, it will still not be appreciated", and these were not considered as arrogance. Somebody said "I have a dead-goat syndrome, and I don't care what people say". Compare all these to what Napo's has been saying in trying to explain situations.
