@@johndanielson3777, President Donald Trump has been the most effective US President at defending and protecting the US Constitution in our lifetime by transferring power out of the government and back over to "We The People" through deregulation, tax cuts, fewer people on welfare, the appointment of judges who do not legislate from the bench, border control, supporting law enforcement, defense buildup, addressing unfair world trade, negotiating peace in the middle east and the rest of the world, making the USA energy independent, exposing the anti-Constitution double standard of justice coming from the Dems, mainstream media, FBI, CIA, and DOJ, and exposing voter fraud.

Give me a break. You have no idea what Trump judges do. You are just repeating talking points other Republicans say. Judge Aileen Cannon, approved by the Senate after Trump lost the #2020election, seized oversight of the Mar-a-Lago search warrant from the magistrate judge it had been randomly assigned to. Trump insisted the presidential records the FBI seized from him be returned even though he illegally took them from the White House and was illegally storing and sharing them and they are the property of the United States. Trump demanded a special master be appointed to determine which records were "privileged" so he could get them back. In the alternative, Trump also claimed the FBI had planted documents to frame him. When at first you don't succeed, lie, lie again. Trump is dense. He knew Michael Cohen and Giuliani had special masters for their investigation, and he deserved one too! He was oblivious that Cohen and Rudy were/are attorneys and could have records protected by attorney-client or work-product privilege. Neither privilege was available to Trump, nor was executives privilege, as an ex-president. It's extremely rare to have seized evidence returned pre-indictment, and Trump was demanding the return of items he didn't even own. No problem for Judge Cannon! Not only did she appoint a special master, she forbade the FBI from using seized records to further its criminal investigation, which no federal judge had EVER done before -- because they can't. Cannon got smacked down TWICE by the appeals court: "The absence of this indispensable factor [callous disregard of Trump's constitutional rights] is reason enough to conclude that the 👉district court abused its discretion👈in exercising equitable jurisdiction here. "For our part, we cannot discern why [Trump] would have an individual interest in or need for any of the 100 documents with classification markings. They are owned by, produced by or for, or under the control of the United States Government. And they include information the unauthorized disclosure of which could reasonably be expected to cause damage to the national security. For this reason, a person may have access to classified information only if, among other requirements, he has a need-to-know the information. 👉This requirement pertains equally to former Presidents.👈 "[Trump] suggests that 👉he may have declassified these documents when he was President. But the record contains no evidence that any of these records were declassified.👈 And before the special master, [Trump] resisted providing any evidence that he had declassified any of these documents. In any event, the 👉declassification argument is a red herring 👈because declassifying an official document would not change its content or render it personal." 🐘Cannon is just one of legion corrupt, lawless Trump judges. 💩Trump's lies about the presidential records he stole will wilt in court. He is screwed, and he screwed himself -- not Biden, Wray, Garland, Smith et al.
