The idea of putting the mic on floor away from the character to make him sound more in a box was a great idea, never would of thought of that! I find that sound designers are so creative. I'm trying to make a little dance video and I just cant come up with ideas for sound other than the steps and cloth moving (thing that actually make sound). I find it hard to come up with ideas to elevate videos sound design that are more abstract e.g. when the character is lighting a cigerate, you added in synth sound to try and capture the sound of the smoke rising.

This is an amazing example of what a sound designer does for a production. This is very direct and you hit lots of important elements for my middle schoolers!

Congrats on your journey ...As a creative educator of Music Production, Sound Designer, Foley Art I love what you've accomplished ...Keep Creating! Sidenote ;D : I must note growing up in Bed-Stuy and now being 36 in Hawaii as a Kum, I've never hear someone mention Biggie as Notorious "BIG" versus "B.I.G" in conversation or in reference.( That was different, not wrong but it gave a different feel)

This video is great at highlighting the role of a Sound Designer. I am the Sound Designer for my high school theater program, and this has given me lots of ideas for our next production. I usually think about sound effects and soundscapes, but given the right show this season, I would love to get music involved.
