OMGEEEEEE your video is the best! I love how you explain the WHY of the ingredients [ie-the hot water intensifies the reaction of foil] . Thank you so much❣️

all you need it to rub backing soda around on the titem with your fingers till it starts to turn color them wash off and you will get a more shiny look. you can also use a soft brisal nail brush with backing soda and a drop of dish soap.

I've been doing this for years, with success. There is, however, no tarnish resistant, and only the jeweller can file rings to make them magnificent.

DO NOT USE on costume jewelry or unknown metal content. I tried this on a designer necklace and it spread the verdigris and made some of the gem stones dull. PSA
@kenni4112 жыл бұрын
You should never clean costume jewelry with any kind of cleaner or chemical , especially anything abrasive… costume jewelry is just that … throwaway stuff … this method is only for real precious metals.

I've seen folks clean their jewelry with all the ingredients you used except for the vinegar. Have you tried without adding the vinegar? If so was there much of a difference? I gotta try both now or it'll drive me MaD wondering...LOL!
@kenni4116 жыл бұрын
Karen D the vinegar acts as a catalyst and helps deep clean in between links with a roaming action ... works really well . If you can save money on doing this and not buying cleaners it’s def well worth it . Give it a try I bet you will be happy . Thanks for watching ! Please subscribe if your interested in my channel .
