Okay not to get serious about characters on a South Park video but I really appreciate the way little moments like this in the show- just the different ways the boys react to getting their school photos done- expands on their personalities. Like it’s a small thing but seeing how they react to stuff differently is fun and I appreciate it. Idk. Having consistent, well written characters is kinda a big help to being funny. The show is so funny bc the characters are enjoyable and behave in a certain way and react to things consistently in ways that fit them. It’s different than a show like family guy, for example, where the characters just do what they’re supposed to do to move along the plot, even if it makes no sense for what they’ve been written like in the past. It’s ultimately degrades the writing and humor because it feels more forced. Idk. I like South Park character writing. It’s good.
