I'm my country and in some other countries in the Caribbean, we actually fry the rice in oil or butter for a few seconds and then we add the water so Kenny is right. When you fry the rice up with your seasoning it brings out the flavor more and the rice cooks better. Congrats to Kenny. Wopppp woppp
