パラゴンかー、懐かしいなー。まだ売ってたのこと思ったら、別のところで作ったやつだったようだ。 自分は１度だけ聴いたけど、何だこれ？って感じだった。 聴いて思ったのは、とにかく凄い音像定位かな？ 特にボーカルなんかはセンターにしっかり定位して良かった。それに、スピーカーからの直接音ではなく、反射音を聴いているので、耳に優しかったように思う。 あの筐体だから、バイオリンのような共鳴音もあるのかもしれない。 今の時代だと、音の発信源の位置としては、少し低いような気もするように思った。 （ボーカルが低い位置から聞こえたので） それと、組み立てを見て思ったのは、センターの反射板？は単にはめるだけなんだね。スピーカーにあるような、接着や金具でのガチガチな固定（剛性確保）はされて無いように見えたのは面白かった。

I was thinking about these console speakers, maybe try this on the next one!! where it meets in the centre put a dip say about 26mm deep like a wave guide, maybe 9-11" across, going the length up and down. or tapering to the top and bottom probably better, not actually reaching the edges like an oval. would work a bit like a centre image waveguide/ horn. not sure how the driver's are scented? I think maybe tying them towing out between 1 and 1/2 to 3 degrees, might be a better option because they're so tightly packed together, open up the sound stage more. when you build the next one give it a go let me know how you get on😊❤ also thinking you can put a cent woofer as a subwoofer 10 inch or 12 inch in the middle double coiled pointing down isolated from the rest of the cabinet put in some slots in the back to give it a cardioid design because it's against the wall get a match defined and clean a base. powered with a plate amp with high input connectors. a knob on the front for frequency or possibly delay but that could be set in the DSP plate amp so no delay needed, just frequency, what would work best with different type of amplifiers driving the unit. also you can make a corner unit the same way would be better in the corner I would have thought! than in the centre especially in a small room, I'm not sure there is a corner unit not seen one anywhere. also see having adjustment on the crossover well that could be put on the one switch so when I adjusting frequency roll-off on the subwoofer automatically change its gain on the main speakers what are passive. I suppose the wood wedges are ok not sure they're working at the best like that, what happens with shrinkage? maybe having 24mm aluminium cammed oval bar from top to bottom might be better choice screwed into the bottom and you just lock it into place and clicks in held in with a retaining screw if needed. you got the speakers on the inside loaded horn, design I've seen somewhere the speakers are inside the mouth, that is a better way of doing it loaded horn. what I'm hearing is a bit of lacking in some mid range putting that centre wave going and controlling how wide it is Will workout how much mid-range you can achieve or not it is a bit lost in the upper mid range sounding here anyway! that can be controlled with the wave guide. also you can control that on the size of the opening maybe could be a bit tighter lose about 1 1/2 l of volume on the outside throat. once I was wondering about the compression drivers the actual horn and how deep it is set looking at it I would like it set deeper in anywhere up to maybe 3 in deeper could be just an inch it's definitely some cancellation going on and it would prevent that try setting them back 2 1/2 in where they open up throat I think the angle can stay the same to each other. have you tried it in the corner I would have thought you'd get better results give it a go that would definitely open it up more in the mid range low mid range as well not just high will reinforce the bass. just lost and muffled in the vocals compression drivers and the horns need to change. I made a horn buy opened it up near the diaphragm and had a ring of foam around it it made it more airy feeling you could try that not a lot about what about 9 mm by 2-3mm sticking out you can make a wooden ring to go on the horn, another thing make the horns out of would I think it would be better or resin. yeah its metallic noise in sade's vocal's!
