I was able to see Gary Hoover's ATSF layout right before he tore it down. He is an inspirational figure to be sure. Love that Steve bought the clock and then asked forgiveness!!

I got to sit with Gary on a bus tour at an NMRA national convention years ago. Was great to meet him as I looked up to his work growing up.

It was a pleasure to see Mr. Gary Hoover. I had the pleasurer to be @ his home in 1994 with The Midwest Valley Modelers Club! I seen his Amtrak Dash-8 he kitbashed when nobody built any! I just loved it! I always love when Steve brings his finds to the round table! Nice job, Steve! It's nice to see Jeff Meyer back to the round table & brings his project!
