A 7-minute look at how to integrate definite integrals using the substitution method. The key is that you have to render the "from a to b" in terms of what you are substituting in rather than in the original terms of x.
(By the way, you could wait until the end and plug the original numbers in for x, but you would have to have converted it back into the x form first).
