カブのフロントサスペンションは初めてじっくり見させていただきました。 面白い構造なんですね。 バネ切って短くするなんて道具あってこその作業ですね。

何時もありがとうございます😊 工具、大事ですね🤔 今まで無かったのですが 去年買った工具で一番使っているのが 万力です、5000円位だったので、もっと早く買うべきでした。

小さい物は持っていましたが、 私が買った、口幅150mm 最大開口170mmは、安定感もあって気に入ってます。

そうなんです、適合を確認しないと 付かないのです💧 私もバラすまでグリスはしりませんでした💦

ｃ100系のサスは各ショップを見ても欠品が多いですね・・アマゾンで1万円位で売ってましたが、1万円出すなら、サスのブッシュ、リンクのブッシュ・カラー・シールの交換O/Hの方が効果が有りそうかな・・・私のCD105はO/Hで考えていますがいつ出来るか・・・・

私の場合ですが、海外で販売している車種は海外のサイトで検索しています。megazip で検索したら出ます。海外車種は仕様が少し違いますが、パーツは共通が多いです、そこで見つけたパーツ番号をモノ太郎で検索、無ければﾔﾌｰｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞで検索　なければ欠品かな・・C70カブはそうやってパーツを見てます。　C100系カブは輸出が無いので国内で探さないといけないのですが、日本二輪史研究会（で検索したら出ます）で、C100系カブの整備書・パーツリストが各1500円位で売っています（コーピーの復刻版で小さく見にくい・・・老人にはきついですが）　パーツ番号でモノ太郎検索です。　　C100カブは、海外ショップ・リプロ品・中古（ﾔﾌｵｸはお高い）等が結構いろんな所から出てますので根気よく探さないと・・・・・・フロント周りは、崎田二輪通販（で検索）で修正キットが売ってますが、色々ブログを見てると、すんなり付かないようですが・・・・それも楽しいかな？

hello, I have exactly the same motorbike in Greece. I would like to ask you, where did you find this long suspensions, I do not talk about the spiral( you paint it yellow) I talk about the other part of the suspension. Because I have only found the normal suspension which, when you put them on the fork they are so sort, that it is very hard to tighten the nut because there is not a lot of bolt to screw it in. I hope you understood what I ask. Also is your motorbike 6volt? because mine is 6volt and I have serious spark and electrics issues. Is it easy to change the stator and flywheel and get it 12volts? Does it need any changes on the crankshaft? If you know tell me. Thank you for your time.

I do not know if I can tell properly, but I tell you what I know.　First, my C70 is a 6V point-controlled flywheel magneto-ignition in 1969．　The problem of ignition requires timing adjustment of the contact point.　So if it is not good, capacitor failure may be considered.　It is difficult because replacing the flywheel requires replacing the crank as well.　In Japan, 6v point ignition 12 12v conversion & CDI ignition conversion kit is sold, but the price is high.　cuby.ocnk.net/product/1271　　　A popular way in Japan is to replace the cheap Chinese-made large displacement engine.
