Admitted, Raoh doesnt have any eyebrows, but his forehead creases more than make up for it. Dude frowns so god damn hard that he eclipses sunlight. Toki was the hokuto prodigy, so i suppose he gets a pass for his pubescent chin fuzz, which isnt overly majestic. If he had lived to reach his full potential, im certain that he would have overpowered Kenshiro and surpassed Ryukken with a full fledged Santa Claus beard.
