Hi Sir I have Kent prime plus model purifier, it shows filter levels are almost full but the RO flow is not showing and the warning i am getting is "Low RO Flow" i have consulted the customer care and they says we need to replace all the filters in the machine.is that true or the technician is cheating me. can you please suggest, because it is costing me 6000 for those filters.

Input water line pressure is good? Remove pipe and check by hand you will feel.
