I wanna suggest you our dear brother, I always saw you having oily and hot spicy food. In our Nepalese communities after every meal we drink "Mohi" almost in every household coz Mohi is whey or skimmed milk the liquid that is retained after churning the curd(dahi). there is a special traditional Nepali tool called Madani to make Mohi.
