I'm from Philly so I'm familiar with his Father as well. His dad was ready after his freshmen year but had an unfortunate situation which halted his NBA career. As for DJ, I believe he should return for another season to up his value. I don't believe he's ready to move on so quickly. He should take his time.

I am watching this video after Kentucky lost in the first round of the NCAA Tournament two days ago. It was an awful showing by Kentucky’s whole team and DJ along with his backcourt teammates did nothing throughout the game. I hope that DJ comes back for one more year because his NBA Stock is not good at this time. I love Kentucky’s Coach but he also did a terrible coaching job this game. Extremely embarrassing!

Idk Despite all these clips of him making shots, he really struggled for most of the year. Lesser shooters like Ashton Hagans came back and really didn't improve all that much so I agree with others that he probably needs a new system.

The last 2 games he's looked like early DJ. He hurt his ankle twice. He didn't shoot poorly for nothing and he didn't force anything. He may need to come back in a year but seen this kid play alot of ball. Not many built like him.

No we will not lmfaooo go look back at that Miss State game in it's entirety Reed is an incredibly well rounded fundamental player and it showed in that game he did it all played D, Scored at the rim, Mid range and 3 point, playmaking as well....DJ may have more physical talent but Reed because of how he plays will have a longer NBA career
